Financial Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that participation in AERONTOGEL involves financial risks including token price volatility, market liquidity constraints, technological vulnerabilities, and regulatory uncertainties. Cryptocurrency and token values can fluctuate significantly, potentially resulting in substantial financial losses. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose and should seek independent financial advice before making participation decisions.

Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining any tax implications arising from your participation in AERONTOGEL activities, including token acquisition, gaming winnings, staking rewards, and token transfers. AERONTOGEL does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding tax treatment of platform activities. You should consult with qualified tax professionals regarding your specific tax obligations in relevant jurisdictions.

Intellectual Property Rights
